Please indicate your daytime address for delivery, as a request for a second delivery will require an additional fee. Any incorrect address details will often result in the parcel being returned to the sender, in which case you will be charged for re-delivery.
Domestic : Free shipping over 300TL
Deliveries Turkey are made by Yurtiçi Cargo, and will arrive within a week from the date of your order (not including public holidays or weekends). Generally most orders arrive within 1-3 working days.
Each order is charged at a flat rate of 15 EURO for standard shipping. Our shipping price is a flat rate regardless of location or how many pieces you order. Standard Shipping: 4-10 business days to most major cities, world-wide. Once we have verified your order and payment details, we will process your shipping.
Deliveries are traceable and require a signature, unless you the customer, selects the Standard Shipping - Authority to Leave option. Selecting this option gives the courier authority to leave the parcel unattended at your chosen address if they believe there is a safe place to leave it, and ALL OF CHROME will not be responsible for any misplaced or unclaimed parcels.
There can be occasional customs or courier delays which may affect your delivery timeframe, which unfortunately are beyond our control. Please ensure your delivery address is attended during business hours to ensure you are able to accept delivery of your package. We cannot deliver to PO boxes. In most cases a signature will be required on delivery to confirm that the package has been received.
Please allow 1-2 working days from when your order is first placed for the warehouse to pick and pack your order for shipping. Our cut-off time for same day dispatch is 3 PM, ( Eastern European Time Zone) Monday – Friday. Orders placed after the daily cut off or on the weekend will be shipped the following business day.
Once your order has been shipped, we send you an email containing a tracking number, which allows you to easily track the progress of your order. Please allow 48 hours from the time your order is first placed, until tracking information is made available, and your order status is changed to ‘Shipped’. As we ship orders Monday – Friday, tracking details can only be supplied on weekdays.
Note, your order will be marked with the status ‘Order Received‘ or ‘Awaiting Pick Up‘ until tracking details have been supplied to us by the courier. Therefore, your order status will not be changed to ‘Shipped’ until after the package is already in transit. Our main warehouse ships orders directly from Istanbul. Regulations for import duties and taxes applied to international purchases vary from country to country. We have no control over these charges and we cannot predict their amount. Our prices and shipping costs are exclusive of these charges. The Latest Thing does not cover any customs duties, taxes or fees which may be applied to your order by your local government and be payable upon delivery. Please be aware that you will be responsible for payment of these costs. Please contact your local customs offices for more information.
