Returns

If you would like to return or exchange an item, contact our client service team within 14 days of arrival of your order. Please email info@allofchrome including order number, name, email address and your request.

Articles must be unworn, unused and in a sellable condition. It must also be in the original packaging with the tags and labels attached. 

We are not able to refund or exchange items that appear to have been worn, washed, or are not in original condition. This does not affect and is in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer.

The customer is responsible for shipping returns , all shipping costs for the return  will be at the customer’s expense. Also original shipping fee will not be credited back upon return.

You may use any postal service at your own risk, All Of Chrome cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit. Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service and items are well packaged.

Once we receive the item, you will be refunded within 5 - 7 business days to the original payment method. Please note that refunds may take longer to appear in your account, depending on your credit card issuer. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. When we process the refund, we will return the price stated on our website at the time of the purchase. Please note that return processing may take additional time during peak seasonal times.

All Of Chrome reserves the right to reject any returned items without approved authorization. If your return is rejected, you will be notified via email.

 

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item, please contact our client service team within 14 day days of arrival of your order. Please email info@allofchrome.com including order number, name, email address and your request.

The customer is responsible for shipping exchanges, all shipping costs for the exchanges will be at the customer's expense.

Regulations for import duties and taxes applied to international purchases vary from country to country. We have no control over these charges and we can not predict their amount.

The last thing does not cover any customs duties, taxes or fees which may be applied to your order by local government and be payable upon delivery. Please be aware that you will be responsible for payment of these costs. Please contact your local customs offices for more information. Cancelling/ cancelled orders.
